1. Browsing the Website

• Search for Products

• Categories: Explore our product categories listed on the homepage (e.g., Electronics, Fashion, Home & Kitchen, Beauty, etc.) to browse through different types of products.
• Filters: Once in a category, use filters (like price range, ratings, brand, etc.) to narrow down your search and find the perfect product.

2. Product Pages

• View Product Details
• Images: Multiple images showing the product from different angles.
• Description: Key features, specifications, and other important details.
• Price & Discounts: Current price, any applicable discounts, and offers.
• Ratings & Reviews: See customer reviews and ratings to make informed decisions.
• Select Product Options
• If the product has multiple variants (such as size, color, or quantity), select your preferred option before adding it to your cart.

3. Adding Products to Your Cart

• Once you’ve decided on a product, click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout at any time.
• To view your cart, click the shopping cart icon at the top-right corner of the website.

4. Checking Out

• View Your Cart
• Once you’re ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon. Here, you’ll see all the products you’ve added to your cart.
• You can edit quantities, remove items, or proceed to checkout from this page.
• Sign In / Register
• If you already have an account, simply sign in using your email and password.
• If you're a new customer, you can register by entering your name, email, and creating a password. Registration helps you track your orders and manage your preferences.
• Enter Shipping Information
• Provide your shipping address where you’d like your order to be delivered.
• Make sure your contact number is correct for delivery updates.
• Choose Payment Method
• Choose from a variety of payment options:
• Credit/Debit Card
• Net Banking
• UPI
• Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available for select locations)
• Review & Place Order
• Review your order summary, including the products, total price, shipping details, and payment method.
• Once everything looks good, click the "Place Order" button to complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

• After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number.
• To track your order, log in to your account and visit the "My Orders" section. Here you can check the status of your order and its estimated delivery date.

• If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange.
• Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", and select the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the instructions to complete the process.
